Open Mic — on now through Oct 17. A 12" pizza that leans bright: lemon-garlic gremolata instead of tomato, artichokes, fresh mozzarella, roasted garlic, and smoked gouda to keep the lemon honest. Finished after the bake with parsley, olive oil, and some tangy parmesan. Puckery, but not a dare.
