Open Mic — on now through November 30th. A 12" pizza that tastes like the season turning: garlic oil, roasted butternut squash, crisped pancetta, caramelized shallots, and fried sage. Mozzarella with a few pockets of smoked mozzarella hiding in it. Finished after the bake with fresh thyme and pecorino. Sweet, salty, smoky, in that order.
